I used to think I was in shape working out/lifting 5 days a week.. until I met Shai. Let me tell you about this woman!!! She is phenomenal, both inside and outside the gym. I am lifting and picking up weights I thought I would’ve never picked up or even had the mentality to think I could pick up. Even with my injuries (dislocated shoulder and multiple knee surgeries) she finds the perfect way to accommodate my needs to make me feel comfortable and confident in my workout. Having Shai as my trainer absolutely changed my body and my mental state. Originally when I started training with her I only planned on doing a couple months of sessions, but after seeing the progress I was making, I didn’t want to stop. I became stronger physically and also mentally; I was lifting weights I never thought I would be able to. Shai pushed me every single session I had with her and continues to push me to lengths I could not accomplish alone. The best part was seeing my body change into a strong physique that I’ve always wanted it to be. Not only did I change physically, but also built a lot of mental strength and toughness that carried over into other parts of my life. Shai is not only an excellent trainer, but very personable. She wants to know all of her clients at a personal level and I think that makes the biggest difference!! I will continue to train with her for months and years to come!

Shai is an incredible trainer and an even better friend. She knows how to push you out of your comfort zone and have so much fun while you’re doing it! I have had the privilege of being friends with Shai since elementary school. Over the years I have gotten to dance with her and train with her. One thing I have noticed is that she is always the hardest worker in the room—and she makes it look so easy! She carries that work ethic into her training to be the best trainer for you! During and after college I gained some weight, even though I was working out 4-5 times a week. Looking back, I was working out to maintain, not to improve. I was unhappy mentally and physically. That was until I went to my first workout with Shai and had my ass handed to me. I hadn’t been challenged like that in years and I hadn’t been sore like that in years. Shai knows how to push you and how far to push you. She brings me out of my comfort zone which is a hard thing to do. She knows each of her clients including me to a T and knows how to improve them every time they enter the gym.
Shai has brought me back to being confident with myself. I now have new PR’s thanks to Shai, and I no longer work out to maintain, I now work out to improve every single day.
